Feast Boise and JUMP Boise announce:

Feast Teen

Feast Teen is a crowdfunded  microgrant dinner event, that awards cash to fund a local creative/community do-er, to financially kickstart a community-based project.

Feast Teen is open to high school Sophomores and Juniors in Boise - all project ideas are accepted, however, the project needs to be accessible to the local community in some way.

What types of project proposal ideas are accepted?
Direct a film, write a book, produce a play or create a project around community service/helping others—
basically anything that the local community can enjoy or benefit from in some capacity.

We will select 10 proposals to present their idea at the Feast dinner, to take place at JUMP Boise Saturday, April 14 at 6:00 PM. The audience votes and the top 3 winners will be awarded $500 to actualize their project. The deadline to apply is March 12th, 2018.

Here’s how you do it:
1) 100 word bio about you
2) 150 (or more) words about your project idea

to: feastboise@gmail.com
What should I include in my bio?

Name, grade, school and information that would help us understand a little about you.

Things to include about your project idea:

• What is your awesome project idea?
• How would the funding ensure your ability to actualize your idea?
• Where will it take place?
• Who needs to be involved?
• Why does your project need to be selected?

Super simple, right?

Some good to know things:
If you are selected to present, you will be asked to attend a workshop to help you create your presentation. It will be awesome, we are here to help you succeed.
If you win the funds to actualize your project, you have one year to complete it and will be asked to present what you did with the funds at the 2019 Feast Teen event.
